Thanks to the support of its loyal guests and travel agency partners, the airline has grown to serve 32 destinations with approximately 4,800 employees ? and they continue to grow!

The airline also offers a new inflight food service called Buy On Board, provided on the majority of its scheduled flights that are longer than three hours. Guests can choose from fresh sandwiches and snacks at reasonable prices.
WestJet Self-Serve Check-In
Airports in Vancouver, Calgary, Edmonton, Toronto, Ottawa, Montr?al and Winnipeg are all equipped with new self-service check-in kiosks allowing guests to skip the lineup and check themselves in.
WestJet has a reputation as a caring company, not only for the way they treat their guests and their people with respect and compassion, but also for their commitment to the communities that they serve. Throughout 2004, WestJet supported thousands of charitable and non-profit organizations across Canada with complimentary flights to assist them with their fundraising efforts.
In 2004, WestJet was also named one of Canada?s Top 100 Employers and received recent praise, once again, in the Air Travel Complaints Commissioner?s Report for the period of July 1, 2003 to December 31, 2003 as they received only one complaint (down from six in the previous six months.)
